Seashells on the beach is a very special holiday home from home. Its location, levels of comfort, cleanliness and style are better than anything I have seen anywhere in the world. Annabelle is a wonderful host and anticipates her guests every need. We have stayed here three times now and have loved every minute.

WOW! What an amazing week-huge thanks to Annabelle,host extraordinaire! You made our stay possible and extremely comfortable. The house is an absolute delight, what an amazing view-you could never get tired of it!
For future guests-we very much enjoyed visiting The Needles, Shanklin Chine, Ventnor Botanic Gardens and Carisbrook Castle-all also dog friendly.
We hope to be back in the future to this slice of Heaven!

Thank you for sharing this hidden gem! We've had a great week away relaxing,made much easier by your fantastic property. Spotlessly clean, every need catered for and you can bring your dog-a great plus home from home.
Trips to the Needles and Osbourne House ,you can take your dog,they're allowed everywhere bar the house and the beach. Off to the Light Show tonight
A lovely property in a great location, walks to Ventnor along the walkway are great.

THANK YOU for this wonderful holiday - you couldn't have been a lovelier hostess.
We come to the Isle of Wight a lot and this is by far the BEST HOLIDAY HOME WE HAVE STAYED IN.
Thank you for all the thoughtful touches in the house (a warm hose for our beloved dog!) and for being so helpful when we broke the blinds and needed some bicarb!
I've never had a more perfect view for practising yoga and will carry the memory of it for a long time.
We're so grateful and hope to come back again soon.

We've had a lovely time this week !! So much hard work has been put into this house and it really shows. This is one of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in and the best location! The walks along the seafront to Ventnor were gorgeous along with many others including a walk to Steephill Cove and one through the Devil's Chimney which were two of the best. We ate out in a variety of places such as The Spyglass, Seapots, Bonchurch Inn, Tramenzinni and our favourite, The Smoking Lobster ! Thank you so much for this wonderful time Annabelle and we hope to be back soon (maybe with a little bit more sun and a bit less wind though!) Thank you so much for welcoming us into this house. It is an absolutely gorgeous place and we've loved our stay, waking up right next to the sea and being extremely lucky with the weather. We've been coming to the Isle of Wight annually for 14 years now and this has been the first time we've stayed here and its been wonderful. It feels so homely whilst looking immaculate at the same time.

Thank you for letting us stay in your cottage it was a lovely stay.
Thank you for mine and Lucas presents. We all really loved Steephill Cove , Blackgang Chine and fossil hunting. We enjoyed the ice cream, ice lollies and thank you for the moulds. Mummy and granny enjoyed their morning walks to Ventnor. Daddy enjoyed sitting by the waterside with a cup of tea. We would all love to come back here.

This is a return visit for us and it lived up to expectations
.Sea Shells by the Beach is immaculate and so pretty. We wanted for nothing (although more sun would have been lovely but nothing Annabelle could have done about that)
We had friends to stay with us for a few days and they were very impressed. We all agreed it was the best holiday let we had ever stayed in. I could look at that view everyday and not get tired of it.
I will have to wait for a year for another "fix" though.

We've had a wonderful stay at Seashells.The photos on the website don't do it justice and the 5 star rating is well deserved.
Annabelle is a non intrusive lovely lady who really cares about her guests comfort.
We were blessed with good weather,great sea views, and we also saw some of the Glanville Fritillary butterflies! Our dogs made themselves very much at home,so the four of us had a very relaxing, enjoyable holiday.

We spent an amazing 2 weeks at Sea Shells by the Beach. Returning after 12 months, we still find the whole experience amazing. The facilities are fantastic and the view is second to none,especially because of the visits from the seal and the pod of dolphins! Unbelievable!
Many visits to the quaint and quirky Bonchurch Inn. Always a warm welcome and delicious food.
On top of everything thank you Annabelle for another wonderful holiday, we lacked for nothing and our friends who visited for the weekend have been converted to "Seashells" magic.

Annabelle thanks for the wonderful accommodation right by the sea! We all loved fossil hunting on the beach but we had to put them back because people were building a sea wall. The best bit was going to Osborne House and having an ice cream on the beach. We loved our stay it was beautiful. Best wishes

Enjoyed a great stay at Sea Shells. Weather was great until the last night, if anything was a bit hot for the first few days!
Walks along the landslip and the sea wall were lovely.
Sitting watching the sea made us feel like we were on a cruise!
Sea Shells by the Beach is a stunning house.
