We have had the best stay in Seashells by the beach. The cottage is spectacular and so homely.The views are incredible and so relaxing. The home has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Annabelle is a perfect host, nothing is too much trouble for her.Thank you for a wonderful holiday.Janice,Richard,Elliot,Clare,Aurelio and baby Francesco.

Sea Shells is our favourite place to be. We always go home feeling relaxed and refreshed. Annabelle is amazing and has thought of everything. We cannot wait to return.John,Janet,Sophie,Ray and the children.

We have had such a wonderful stay.Thank you Annabelle! The cottage has everything you could need and is lovely and clean. It works really well with small children who have enjoyed playing in the big bright sociable space whilst we have enjoyed the ever changing views. If you are reading this and have small children 1 to 5 ,here are the nearby attractions we liked: The Donkey Sanctuary Godshill Model Village Dinosaur Isle Blackgang Chine (expect playgrounds more than rides and go early in your stay so you can return for free within 7 days which means the price is more reasonable) Jurrasic Jim's Shop (if you have a dino lover Jim is great with young enthusiasts)

This was our first visit to the Isle of Wight since 1968! The house has been a wonderful place-comfortable,well equipped and beautifully situated. Annabelle has been very welcoming and helpful. Despite some wet and windy weather we have enjoyed every day! Thank you Annabelle. David

Another wonderful stay at Sea Shells by the Beach. Beautiful weather all week. Had our usual "chill out" holiday watching the ever changing landscape from the amazing location. Sea shells is by far the best holiday cottage we've ever stayed in.Thank you Annabelle for making our stay so special-again! .We will be back again!

Dear Annabelle Once again thank you so much by the wonderful welcome we received as always. Mum and Derek’s sister were bowled over by the cottage and my Auntie & Uncle who were staying at Wheeler Bay Holiday Villas couldn’t get over the wonderful way the cottage has been designed and the superb views, they couldn’t stop talking about it. Fantastic efforts on your part in helping us stay safe with the current COVID19 situation, Seashells by the Beach is always spotless and of an extremely high standard, but with all the extra work you are doing and the sanitisation stations you have put in were extremely re-assuring and what we have come to expect of the high standards you set in your amazing holiday home. Really thought that was an extremely good idea of the new linen cupboard where all used linen, towels and mats etc can be taken prior to leaving. much better for the guests and I hope more helpful to you. Again a very big thank you and really hoping we can take advantage of that week you have available next year. Take good care of yourself, stay safe and speak soon. Love & best wishes Robbie.

Fab 2 weeks holiday.First week spent with our son and girlfriend,second week on our own (bliss) It was wonderful to be able to relax and watch the shipping sail past,cycle into Ventnor for a coffee or a meal. Having visited the Island for several years we've visited numerous attractions this time.We took a fast boat tour of The Needles plus a stair lift down to the beach-fun!!! Didn't know what to expect with our holiday due to COVID-19 but I must say we felt extremely safe. Annabelle ,thank you for making our second trip to the cottage so welcoming. Hope to see you in a year or so Love Karen and Stephen

Seashells on the beach is a very special holiday home from home. Its location, levels of comfort, cleanliness and style are better than anything I have seen anywhere in the world. WOW! What an amazing week-huge thanks to Annabelle,host extraordinaire! You made our stay possible and extremely comfortable. The house is an absolute delight, what an amazing view-you could never get tired of it! For future guests-we very much enjoyed visiting The Needles, Shanklin Chine, Ventnor Botanic Gardens and Carisbrook Castle-all also dog friendly. Dear Annabelle, Thank you for sharing this hidden gem! We've had a great week away relaxing,made much easier by your fantastic property. Spotlessly clean, every need catered for and you can bring your dog-a great plus home from home. Trips to the Needles and Osbourne House ,you can take your dog,they're allowed everywhere bar the house and the beach. Off to the Light Show tonight A lovely property in a great location, walks to Ventnor along the walkway are great.

Dear Annabelle THANK YOU for this wonderful holiday - you couldn't have been a lovelier hostess. We come to the Isle of Wight a lot and this is by far the BEST HOLIDAY HOME WE HAVE STAYED IN. Thank you for all the thoughtful touches in the house (a warm hose for our beloved dog!) and for being so helpful when we broke the blinds and needed some bicarb! We've had a lovely time this week !! So much hard work has been put into this house and it really shows. This is one of the best holiday homes we have ever stayed in and the best location! The walks along the seafront to Ventnor were gorgeous along with many others including a walk to Steephill Cove and one through the Devil's Chimney which were two of the best. We ate out in a variety of places such as The Spyglass, Seapots, Bonchurch Inn, Tramenzinni and our favourite, The Smoking Lobster ! Thank you so much for this wonderful time Annabelle and we hope to be back soon (maybe with a little bit more sun and a bit less wind though!)
