Breathtaking was our initial reaction, followed by the joy of realizing that this was our home for the next week!
We would never previously of stayed anywhere that allowed dogs but Annabelle's levels of cleanliness matched ours so we were confident that we would never of known dogs had ever been in here.
Annabelle's hospitality, attention to detail and ability to consider every guests possible needs are beyond measure.
Everything is so well thought out and I have never felt so looked after in the weeks up to arrival and whilst here, thank you
. Our son has had an amazing third birthday and being completely spoiled, a hard act to follow for any future holidays!!
Location, location, location, it does not get any better than this anywhere on this island so don't go anywhere else. Sitting day and night, come sun or rain with the doors wide open is a treasure to behold as you watch the ships sail to their destinations, just WOW. The easy beach access has meant we can pop onto the beach anytime and enjoy being in the sea. We have fallen in love and Annabelle you are an absolute treasure thank you xxxx PS Bonchurch Bear will be well loved and will return xx

Thank you Annabelle for our lovely stay at "Seashells" Your attention to detail is fantastic the house is a real credit to you. One of the most comfortable properties we have found. The sea views are great. Fab meal at The Bonchurch Inn, staff very welcoming. We have all enjoyed our stay. Thanks again.

Annabelle a lovely holiday home enjoyed by us all!
Everything we needed and more! Adults and children (and dogs) all had a lovely relaxing time. Visiting the sights and doing lots of walks. Dogs sleeping from 7pm onwards. Idea location in easy reach of lots of exciting places. BBQ was great! Thank you again x

We did have a wonderful time, despite the weather. The view of the sea is so fabulous, and so is the air! I live quite near the sea here in Sussex but I never get to watch it the way I can at Sea Shells.

Wonderful house. Gorgeous views. Find the footpaths to sweet little churches and village history. Glorious beach in Ryde. Worth a visit on the cable car to The Needles. Defo use Google maps with all the road closures! Bonchurch Inn worth a visit. Lovely chinese delivered from New China House. Godshill is quaint with free parking (such a rarity). Again Garlic Farm, ice cream, try it. Thank you Annabelle for all the flowers, birthday cake and card and chocolates. Well equipped in all aspects and very clean. Weather was amazing. Very lucky.

Our 4th stay at the beautiful Seashells, we wouldn't go anywhere else and hope to return later in the year. Annabelle is the perfect host, who we now think of as a wonderful friend. Thank you again Annabelle, we thoroughly enjoyed our much needed week xx

We had a fabulous time here at Seashells. A peaceful time with family in a perfect setting. We were very lucky with the weather and certainly enjoyed sitting outside with these views. And thanks Annabelle for the Red Arrows fly by! that made our stay even more memorable

We fell in love with Seashells the moment we walked in. Stunning views in the most peaceful and relaxing setting. We were blessed with good weather and never tired of watching ships sail by and the occasional guest appearance of "Ed" the seal. Seashells by the Beach is not only a stunningly beautiful property but is exceptionally well equipped. A real credit to Annabelle- the perfect host. A big thank you from all of us and Purdey the dog

WOW what a magical and stunning place, it is wonderful!
From the decor,view and standard of equipment ,it feels luxurious and decadent.
The bottle of wine,chocs and cupcakes were a fabulous touch and delicious.
We have loved Sea Shells by the Beach, it is an oasis of calm and relaxation in the most beautiful location.
Annabelle, your attention to detail and informative emails has made this trip amazing. Thank you

We agree with every positive comment made previously. Despite having chosen a week with very mixed weather (from sunshine to floods!), we've had a wonderful week. The location and accomodation couldn't be better. You couldn't have a better view of the sea, or be any closer. The facilities,decor and kitchen are all excellent -and very tasteful furnishings. We have so enjoyed our stay at Seashells again and thank you for ordering such lovely weather! We fell in love with Seashells back in 2018 and we have had some wonderful stays here, this week was no different. This week was a bit of an experience with the storms and amazing lightening shows out at sea. We still managed visits to the Botanic Gardens and Donkey Sanctuary and sampled the new Amarcord restaurant in Ventnor High Street. Excellent food and dog friendly(downstairs) Also scrumptious afternoon tea at The Royal Hotel, Ventnor. Thank you Annabelle for another great week at Seashells xxx

Annabella, Thank you for a most relaxing, scenic and enjoyable holiday in your beautiful appartment. We have had great dog walks, met such friendly local folks and enjoyed meals out at their recommendations. Also, thank you for making the whole experience as disabled accessible as can be for David. We will definitely be back soon.

Our second visit this year and what a beautiful week we’ve all had. A surprise birthday week treat and wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else. Annabelle’s thoughtfulness, attention to detail and being such a beautiful lady makes Sea Shells perfect.

We've had a lovely time and we loved looking out over our garden and watching the sea and boats. The beds were so comfy and we slept in late.
