Very exciting news has been that following my first inspection and grading by Visit England, the cottage received a 5 star GOLD grading!!!!

Dear Annabelle Once again thank you so much by the wonderful welcome we received as always. Mum and Derek’s sister were bowled over by the cottage and my Auntie & Uncle who were staying at Wheeler Bay Holiday Villas couldn’t get over the wonderful way the cottage has been designed and the superb views, they couldn’t stop talking about it.  Fantastic efforts on your part in helping us stay safe with the current COVID19 situation, Seashells by the Beach is always spotless and of an extremely high standard, but with all the extra work you are doing and the sanitisation stations you have put in were extremely re-assuring and what we have come to expect of the high standards you set in your amazing holiday home. Really thought that was an extremely good idea of the new linen cupboard where all used linen, towels and mats etc can be taken prior to leaving. much better for the guests and I hope more helpful to you. Again a very big thank you and really hoping we can take advantage of that week you have available next year. Take good care of yourself, stay safe and speak soon. Love & best wishes  Robbie.
