A really lovely, comfortable cottage with a well equipped kitchen and fabulous location. All our queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently so it was a trouble free week.The perfect weather made it even more enjoyable, as did being able to have our elderly dog with us. Idyllic holiday.

Beautiful Holiday Home. Immaculate throughout. Loved the pretty little seaside garden.Pity the weather wasn't better so we could have spent more time in it. Well catered for ,all facilities provided however we chose to eat out every day. Lovely food at The Bonchurch Inn,The Spyglass Inn,Ventnor. Great tapas and coffee at The MET, Ventnor as well as super seafood along the front! Thanks for the welcome treats! Yummy!!!

We have had a lovely fortnights stay. The property was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we needed.We wanted a chill out time and that's exactly what we achieved. Pixie and Gizmo really loved the garden.

We have had a great week in this beautiful house, so clean, so tastefully decorated and with all the equipment one could wish for. Annabelle you are a super host and we really appreciated the Annabelle touches of fresh flowers, cake and chocolate. We could stay looking at the sea forever.We hope to come back soon. What can we say that we haven't already! I think this is our FIFTH VISIT and I am sure won't be our last! Everything is absolutely beautiful and Annabelle is as wonderful as ever! We have been lucky with the weather this time (apart from the first day) Nothing is too much trouble for the delightful Annabelle, all the little touches are amazing-beautiful flowers, lovely yummy cake, and even thoughtful things for our furry friends. What a truly fabulous find! The house exceeded our expectations on every front. It definitely deserves its award of 5 stars and more! The view out across the sea is simply magnificent. The house is very well equipped and beautifully designed. Annabelle was the perfect hostess. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will return again in the future. With warmest and heartfelt thanks. What an amazing cottage! We have loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful views, cosy interiors and plenty to do on our days out. Weather has been brilliant and we have thoroughly enjoyed many a meal out and relaxed and unwound wonderfully during our week. Our dogs have enjoyed the walks and the kids enjoyed their ice-creams! We have all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautifully presented and equipped with everything anyone could possibly need. So much thought has gone into its presentation and it was so lovely to walk into a spotlessly clean, comfortable house with a fabulous sea view.
Annabelle is a very attentive host with a genuine concern for her guests comfort.
The garden is a real sun spot and the furniture provided is of high quality and comfortable and the position of the garden is private. The little beaches a real bonus for our visiting grandchildren. We loved it.

Thank you for a fantastic holiday in your beautiful cottage.From fresh flowers and cakes on arrival to secret delivery of personalised Easter treats for the kids,our stay has been perfect and we have wanted for nothing!
We have been lucky enough to see the seal from the garden while enjoying beautiful views and weather.HOLIDAY RECOMMENDATIONS: We have enjoyed a great meal at LE TOUR de MONDE,VENTNOR (cannot recommend highly enough and worth the money!) They were very accommodating for 11 yr old and vegan customers.
THE BOTANICAL GARDENS ,Ventnor, were beautiful and relaxing ,even on a rainy day and the children aged 11 and 2.5 yrs loved THE MINIATURE VILLAGE at GODSHILL with a reasonably priced tea and cake in THE OLD SMITHY and a walk around the very creative hidden gardens.
WOOD'S KITCHEN GODSHILL,CHOCOLATE ISLAND and THE ROCK SHOP(SHANKLIN) were great for the kids and a visit to the beach in Ventnor helped to burn off the extra energy!

Many thanks for providing us with such lovely Christmassy "home away from home" when we needed it! Seashells is one of our favourite places,a perfect place to recharge but it is something special with wintery waves crushing in and the whole house is so lovely, decorated with Annabelle's personal touches everywhere-magical!
It has been a wonderful Christmas due to Annabelle's hospitality and we will no doubt be back for a 4th time!

First class holiday with first class service from a first class hostess! Attention to detail is the watchword at "Sea Shells by the Beach". From the pre-holiday information pack to the notes around the house,nothing is left to chance,including being fully covid compliant! What a wonderful week we have had at "Seashells". Not only have we been blessed with glorious autumnal weather all week long but this gorgeous,tranquil,delightful place has exceeded all our expectations. Annabelle's artistic flair and attention to detail is second to none. This place is really special. Five stars are not enough! Thank you for your warmth and hospitality and for looking after us so well. We've enjoyed a really memorable time here and just seen a school of dolphins swim past-the icing on the cake!

Dear Annabelle,this beautiful place is a wonder. Rob and Derek had told us so much about their previous stays but nothing could actually compare to being here and experiencing it for ourselves,the attention to detail, the cleanliness,the view are outstanding,the only let down was the weather but even that couldn't spoil our enjoyment of our surroundings,so much so, we hope to be back very soon. We have enjoyed a fantastic week here. Annabelle has been absolutely brilliant accommodating our son and his wife when their weekend hotel booking was cancelled at the last minute. The house had everything we could possibly need and was spotlessly clean. We would never tire of this wonderful view and a child free holiday would probably see us not leaving the house! We did have great fun at Black Gang Chine and Robin Hill (especially the toboggan run) The Needles were great too (especially the yellow boat ride and the fireworks) EATING OUT: The Spy glass Inn was fantastic-no booking but did not wait long and the food was fantastic. The Wheatsheaf Inn, Yarmouth, beautiful pub,fabulous food and service.

Well what can I say,yet another stay at Seashells.Your standards are amazing.We couldn't ask for anymore. We have had the most amazing holiday!! as always!! I don't think we could ever beat these views,when we are sat relaxing you just want to stay forever. Annabelle you have been an amazing host-nothing is ever too much trouble! We have felt very safe here during our stay (covid-19) Thank you from all of us and see you next year XX

We all have had a lovely stay at Sea Shells by the Beach. The views are fantastic and it is well located for local walks and traveling and visiting the Island. The accommodation is clean and tidy with cosy beds and equipped with everything you need. The weather has been kind to us and we've had a fantastic week!
