Dear Annabelle,
Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
Even though we have regularly stayed since 2014, we are always mesmerised by the beautiful decor and of course, the breathtaking sea view!
Annabelle you think of everything and more and the girls were so pleased with their lovely gifts,so thoughtful of you.
We can't wait to come back soon- thank you for being a HUGE part of our children's memories- they are so lucky

We have had the most amazing week here.
The house has been wonderful, we have not wanted for anything.
The little finishing touches ,such as the flowers, make it feel like home.
Cannot fault the cleaniness. Annabelle has been amazing -nothing too much trouble.
We would certainly recommend to friends.

We were overwhelmed by the view from the sitting room when we arrived.
Things got better and better as we explored.
Loving the flowers and the bird ornaments and the colour schemes.
Everything provided- even clingfilm-and a kind welcome pack.
The kitchen is so well equipped and easy to use.
Our dogs loved the walks and the beaches.
We sat every evening tracking the shipping and enjoying the gentle twinkling lights.
A perfect place to refresh our minds and our appetites and to reminisce on past happenings.
Thank you Annabelle for providing a "safe haven"

What a wonderful place to spend the week.
We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful view or a more comfortable and well equipped house.
From our youngest aged 16 months to our oldest aged 81, we all had a splendid time!
We had some wonderful meals at The True Food Kitchen and Stripped Bistro in Ventnor. Tappnell Farm is also fantastic for all ages!

Upon arrival we found a beautiful, immaculate and fully equipped holiday home in a stunning location.
I booked through the agency but the cottage was so much nicer in real life than on the photographs!
Our family has specific requirements and I was able to have direct contact with Annabelle from and early stage, after booking.
She was so helpful and responsive to our individual needs and we were very grateful for her help, both before and during our stay.
We shall miss the sounds of the sea, especially at night!
Thank you to Annabelle and her team for making us as comfortable as possible during our first family holiday away for 7 years

Thank you so very much for a brilliant holiday home- we loved the decor and were so comfortable here with everything we could need to enjoy the week.
Appreciated all the cottage info and very grateful for our welcome flowers and gifts.
Would recommend Theo Vickers Rockpool Safaris, Blackgang Chine, Sandown Animal Sanctuary(IRL and via webcam!)
Spent lots of time on the beach,in the sea and just taking in the wonderful view.

This isn't a sea view- it's sea immersion, experiencing the changing tides,twinkling jumping waves and exposed rocks so up close and personal!
Thanks for the use of such a lovely well-located apartment with Ventnor (during carnival week) and Shanklin on it's doorstep.
The Bonchurch Inn is a great local for drinkers and diners alike. I suggest others swing by to make reservations in person, as our phone calls and message via the website were unanswered (good that a pub's so busyas a lot struggle)
And Roxie the cocker appreciated the hot and cold hose taps! Warm- water showers after walks isn't a treat she gets at home.

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this stunning holiday home.We ALL love it here.
We absolutely love looking out the big windows at the sea view and the ships, boats and yachts that pass by.
The beds are super comfy and huge and everything we needed was provided.
The decor is extremely lovely and Annabelle has thought of everything!
Lots of games provided , well equipped kitchen, comfy chairs and sofas. What a dream holiday house.
Thank you for a very special week and for looking after us so well. Also for the beautiful fresh flowers, wine , chocolates, cakes and Auri's toy.
It's been wonderful.

FANTASTIC HOUSE, FANTASTIC HOST, FANTASTIC VIEW.
We have all enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay for longer.
Annabelle has put a lot of thought into the furnishings and accessories giving lots of interesting things to look at and discover throughout the house and garden.

We booked to come here for a weeks respite- instead we have had the most wonderful holiday!
We have sampled all that the island has to offer but our most favourite thing was to open the living room patio doors and sit and watch the sea!
Annabelle was the most perfect host-she has gone above and beyond all expectations to ensure every want was catered for.
When we first walked in, we honestly thought we were the first guests to stay in the cottage due to the immaculate condition and stunning decor. We will truly miss the cottage and its amazing views-we both feel 10 years younger xx

A lovely holiday, the property is beautiful with lots of lovely touches.
We booked it for the view and it didn't disappoint. Easy walking to The Spyglass pub with a wheelchair.

THE HOUSE IS A FAMILY PARADISE
What a wonderful house! It has everything you need and more. All five of us absolutely loved it here - from the six year old to the 88 year old. It's a house that suits all needs. The views are spectacular and you can sit and watch the boats go by. The decor is fresh and bright and very tasteful. From the moment we stepped foot in it, we ALL loved it. My 6 year old niece said 'This house is a family paradise and the best place i've ever been!'. The beds are huge and super-comfy and the rooms are all absolutely lovely. It's suitable for my 88 year old mum because it's all on one level and there is a grab rail in the shower. There are lots of games, books and beach things for the children.
Thank you so much Annabelle for looking after us so well. Nothing is too much trouble and the extra touches of flowers, chocolates, wine and cupcakes was very much appreciated. We don't want to leave and would love to come back!

What a beautiful placethis is.We have had such a wonderful stay despite the stormy weather.
Our favourite part is being able to look out at the seafrom this gorgeous living area.
The attention to detail throughout the whole home is fabulous . We very much hope to return to spend longer here.

Our first time staying at Sea Shells, hopefully it won't be our last.
The views are something special.
I recommend going into the garden in the middle of the night to see the stars, it is a sight to behold.
Annabelle is a very considerate host and it is much appreciated.
