Very exciting news has been that following my first inspection and grading by Visit England, the cottage received a 5 star GOLD grading!!!!

This is a return visit for us and it lived up to expectations .Sea Shells by the Beach is immaculate and so pretty. We wanted for nothing (although more sun would have been lovely but nothing Annabelle could have done about that) We had friends to stay with us for a few days and they were very impressed. We all agreed it was the best holiday let we had ever stayed in. I could look at that view everyday and not get tired of it. I will have to wait for a year for another "fix" though. Thank you again Annabelle,you have provided something special here. Judy and Graham, Surrey.
