TERMS AND CONDITIONS CANCELLATION POLICY for 2024 for Direct Bookings Through Owner of Sea Shells by the Beach
We hope your circumstances will never affect your holiday arrangements but travel insurance can ensure you have peace of mind and is your responsibility, so please do take this out.

£200 DEPOSIT Due usually within 1 week after a firm booking. The date will be on your invoice. |
Non refundable but transferable for another holiday the following year but only if booked through Annabelle. Please take out insurance to protect you against unforeseen circumstances. |

IF I am able to secure another late booking I will refund you the amount the new guests pay,(which may well be less due to a late booking) minus your £200 deposit. IF no other booking is secured ,no refund but a 50% discount offered on a booking taken within 12 months ONLY if booked directly through Annabelle (owner). Please take out insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances as I would truly hate this to happen.

In the highly unlikely situation where WE had to cancel your holiday, you would be fully refunded and offered a discounted return holiday at Sea Shells by the Beach, Bonchurch within one year if booked directly through Annabelle (owner).
What if a guest falls ill at a property (from July 1st 2021)
The UK government guidance has changed recently. It now says that if a guest falls ill at a property, they should self-isolate and they should return home if they reasonably can. Please ensure you inform Annabelle if any guest tests positive to protect housekeeping and future guests. Test kits can be purchased from any pharmacy.
